Unfortunately, their artillery strikes a hospital, killing 33 civilians. The incident takes on global proportions as the Secretary of Navy is charged with war crimes and crimes against humanity, and will be tried in International Criminal Court in The Hague, with Harm, Mac and Roberts serving as his counsel.
7:00 PM ET 4:00 PM PT	JAG Crash - When pilot Lt. Jim Ross crashes into the USS Bennington in his F-18 during a landing, Harm and Mac are sent to the carrier to investigate the incident. In interrogating his colleagues and the ship's top brass, they find themselves in a quandary to solve the case: the plane's pieces are charred and the recorder on-board that would have illuminated the final minutes has been destroyed.
